When will my letter ship?
Letters ship by the 10th of each month. The membership works in cycles. If you sign up by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month, your first letter ships by the 10th. If you sign up after that, your first letter goes out the following month. For example, if you sign up on February 2nd, your first letter ships by March 10th.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel before your next renewal.
When will I be charged?
You'll be charged every month on the same day you signed up.
Is the artwork original?
Yes! Every single item, from the postcard to the sticker sheets, is illustrated and designed by me.

Hi, I'm Bea. Illustrator, immigrant, and serial hobbyist. I was born in Brazil, now live in Philadelphia, and I believe everyone deserves mail worth opening. Coollecting is a monthly club for people who save ticket stubs, press flowers, fill journals, and think a beautiful envelope can make an ordinary Tuesday feel like something. Every month, I design and curate a little package I'd want to receive myself: original art, stickers, mini zines, recipes, a personal letter, and something with a little extra whimsy.
